We supply our reactive and preventative maintenance services to a varied range of clients including; Managing Agents, Hotel Chains, Breweries, Entertainment Venues, Railways, Leisure Groups, Retails Premises and Insurance Companies, and we are always open to any new clients in any sector.
 
Reactive property maintenance works are all coordinated by fully trained team of operatives based at our offices in Southampton. Once we have established the requirements for a particular job we will send a relevant operative with the skills required to attend. Maintenance of this kind is usually carried out under our reactive maintenance schedule of rates. We undertake all manners of work, much of it under dilapidation, fixed price tenders, schedule of works, Environmental Health Officer works, etc. We also offer preventative maintenance by providing tenders for measured term maintenance contracts.
 
Larger maintenance, repair and refurbishment projects will initially be attend by one of our surveyors to establish specifications and cost estimates and then the schedule of works can be agreed.

  • Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

  • Installation and/or maintenance of fire and intruder alarm systems
  • Installation and/or maintenance of CCTV systems
  • Installation and/or maintenance of access controls, automated doors, gates and entry phone services
  • Larger contracts including external and internal redecoration works
 
For reactive maintenance we issue a category rating to each job we receive based on the information given by the client (see maintenance schedule of rates for further information*). Copies of our liability insurances, CIS certificate, NICEIC certificate, Gas Safe certificate and other certifications are available in the downloads section of this page.
