Your compliance as a landlord with current legislation is guaranteed. Apart from the benefits shown under our Landlord Maintenance Contracts we will remind you annually when the necessary landlord gas and electricity certification is due. We will arrange the appointment for you and ensure your tenant and you are in receipt of the necessary certification.
