Loft Conversions

By converting your loft you can quickly and cheaply create a whole new floor in your home. This will add instant value to your house and provide extra space for another bedroom, a play room or just more living space to relax in.

Most UK houses built before 1965 are suitable for a standard loft conversion. The main specification is that the height from the loft floor to the roofs apex must measure at least 2.3m (7ft 6”).
